Please find below answers to questions we are often asked by our customers.

Q: Why should I have my boiler/Gas Fire serviced?
A: An annual boiler/Fire service although not a legal requirement (unless your a landlord), is highly advisable, problems with your appliances such as soot build up, ventilation and Carbon monoxide issues may only be identified during a service by a Gas Safe and Corgi registered Installer.

Q: What does a service entail?

Q: I am a landlord, do I need a Gas Safety check for all my rented properties?
A: Yes all rented properties must have a valid gas safety check, this is to be done annually, without excuse, otherwise not only will you be breaking the law, but you will be putting your tenants potentially at risk.

Q: I am over 60 years old; can I get any money off my new central heating installation?
A: Yes Gas Angel will deduct £300 from our already competitive prices; we get this money back in the form of a Government Warm Front Grant.

Q: I don't know what boiler to choose, where to put it, and what it entails?
A: Don't worry Gas Angel are able to visit your home at a time convenient to suit you. We can alternatively offer free advice over the phone or why not visit our combi installation page for more details.

Q: I want a new boiler but cant really afford it, do you accept credit cards?
A: We appreciate that a new boiler is expensive to us all, so we now accept all credit cards and debit cards to help spread the cost, during these difficult times. Please note: we do not charge you a fee for using your card.

Q: How long does an installation job take and will my house be left tidy?
A: It will take between 1 day and 4 days depending on the size of the job, we respect our customer's homes and belongings so you can rest assured your house will be as tidy, if not more tidy than when we arrived.

Q: My boiler has broken down and needs repairing, help?
