Step by step guide on what a boiler service entails:

1.	We prepare the area with a dust sheet to ensure your home remains as clean as when we arrived
2.	We remove both the outer and inner combustion cover
3.	We clean the boilers burner, heat exchanger and fan ensuring that they are free of dust and debris
4.	We reassemble the boiler
5.	We take your boilers burner pressure which tells us if the burner's heat output is OK
6.	We test the operation of the boiler in all modes
7.	We take an analysis of the flue gases by using a flue gas analyser, this tells us the efficiency and levels of carbon monoxide which your boiler is omitting
8.	We finish our tea or coffee, pack up our stuff and leave after the servicing of your boiler

*Please note making a cup of tea is not compulsory, but if you feel inclined to make one, mines white no sugar please*.

We currently charge the low price of £55 +vat for a boiler service.

Two appliances (includes free safety check):

If you would like two appliances serviced (i.e a fire and a boiler) the price is £80+vat we will also carry out a free gas safety check of your entire property.
